Dessa Van Schuyver, CCR, has been a practicing court reporter since 2001. She started using Dragon Naturally Speaking and realtime CAT software in 2002.
Dessa has been an authorized EclipseVox trainer since 2008.
In addition to being a working court reporter, Dessa is a continuing education provider for Georgia and the National Verbatim Reporters Association teaching Dragon Naturally Speaking and EclipseVox. Dessa teaches Dragon to court reporters all over the country including the 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2015 national conventions.
In July 2011, Dessa received the 2011 NVRA value award for Support - for the individual who involves themselves in opportunities for networking, mentoring, education, and interaction.

Chris Crosgrove, AAS, BFAE, MM, CRI, CPE, has been involved with captioning for twenty years, first as a stenowriter and later as a voice writer as well. He has captioned numerous types of events using both methods, all in realtime. He has created several online courses to teach captioning using both methods. He has been a member of both NCRA and NVRA and has served on national committees for both organizations.Â
He is currently the Manager of Recruiting and Training for Caption Colorado, a position he has held for 15 years. He continues to caption up to 40 hours monthly.
Chris has taught onsite captioning seminars in many cities, including St. Louis, Seattle, Omaha, Oklahoma City, Los Angeles, Des Moines, Wichita, Toronto, and Calgary.
He currently lives in Parker, Colorado with his wife and three children.
